Age; disability; gender; gender re-assignment; marriage or civil partnership; race; religion or belief including non-belief; pregnancy and maternity; and sexual orientation. It is unlawful under this act to discriminate on grounds of someone's protected characteristic status, or because they are associated with someone who has such a status.
